**During this uncertain time we are finding it best if you send returns via Royal Mail as we are able to collect these from the sorting office**

Please email us before desptch with the return method you will be using – Also please give them our text number so they can inform us when due 07484 824013

 

Returns

SnickersUK.com will accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt or exchange within 28 days of receipt, provided the item is not listed as   “Clearance/Non Returnable”. If the garment was supplied in its own bag then it must be returned in that bag with all tags still attached              Please be aware: If a garment is being returned it MUST be resaleable as new – So we are unable to accept an item that is screwed up or marked and not in the condition where it can go back on the shelf for imediate resale

Any problems with your delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours

As SnickersUK.com offers Free delivery (over £125 Net) certain conditions will apply to Exchanges and Refunds.

Exchanges may incur a re-delivery cost of £5.75 + Vat (£9.99 Ireland) Just tell us what you want to exchange the item(s) for and supply a daytime phone number and we will contact you once we receive the goods back at our premises

Returns for refund where the original delivery was Free (over £125 Net) or where the return brings the original order below £125 Net or where the goods were supplied during a “Free Delivery” promo will have the cost of Delivery (Minimum £5.75 + Vat – Maximum £18.00 + Vat depending on the size of the order) deducted from the Refund.

Returns for refund where carriage was paid will not have the carriage refunded – Returns for Refund where a special offer “voucher” has been used will have the final amount adjusted accordingly

The cost and method of return carriage will be the customers responsibility

The item should not have been worn and should be in the same condition as when supplied (we appreciate you may have tried it on for size) All “tags” and labels must be intact

If you are returning a worn garment that you feel may have developed a fault the cost of return will be the customers resposibilty and please remember the garment must be washed before sent, any garment returned unclean will be rejected. Also enclose a copy of the original sales receipt. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed the following applies. If the garment is under 6 weeks old a exchange or refund can be requested. If over 6 weeks then the garment can only be exchanged

Please ensure that you enclose some paperwork to state who the sender is (i.e. your name/ address/contact telephone number and Online Order number)
A refund where applicable will be issued within 7 days of receipt.
