Returns Information – Please read carefully
Sending the item back to us
Please email us on returns@snickersuk.com before dispatch with the return method you will be using, reason for the return and requirement. Once we receive this we will only respond if there’s an issue, otherwise we will await the return. It’s important that even after you have emailed the information and requirements is inside the package for our warehouse to see. Failure to do this will cause a delay so please If you choose a different method of return please give them our text number 07484 824013 so they can inform us when due. We can only accept deliveries Monday to Friday.
** The best Royal Mail option is Tracked or Tracked and Signed – Special Delivery is an unnecessary expense but entirely your choice
For Royal Mail Only Returns please use the label stating:
SnickersUK, PO Box 262, Hailsham, BN27 9FS
For all other Returns such as Parcel Force and all Couriers please use the label

Checklist
1) Be sure it was purchased from us as we sometimes get other online companies returns
2) Enclose all relevant paperwork like a copy of receipt and your requirements along with a daytime phone number
3) Make sure all tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging if it arrived in any
4) The garment must be fit for immediate resale so please consider this when re packaging, if screwed up, missing tags or unclean (pet hairs, dirt odours etc) it will be returned with no exchange or refund. All we ask is that you consider the condition that you would expect to receive that garment. Thank you
Exchanges
If you require an exchange your garment will need to be returned to us within 28 days of delivery the item will need to have all tags in place and include packaging, where supplied.
Please enclose your name, return address, the original SUK order number as well as a daytime phone number & your requirement.
If there is a price difference that’s higher, we will ring for payment. If less, we will refund the difference

- UK Mainland Under £125.00 Net; £5.95 + VAT (Exchange re delivery £3.00 + Vat)
- UK Mainland Over £125.01 Net FREE DELIVERY (Exchange re delivery £3.00 + Vat)
- Northern Ireland; Flat Rate £8.99 + VAT (Exchange re delivery £4.50 + Vat)
- ROI; Flat Rate £12.50 (Exchange re delivery £6.25 Net) Exchange marked as zero charge and cross referenced to previous charged purchase to prevent further charges your end)
- Remote Locations (IV IM PO3 ZE) Flat Rate £12.00 + Vat (Exchange re delivery £6.00 + Vat)
Refunds
If you require a refund your garment will need to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery the item will need to have all tags in place and include packaging, where supplied. Please enclose a copy of the receipt that would have been emailed to you stating what item(s) require refunding cost of return is the customers. Original delivery cost will not be refunded.
If the item(s) were sent with free delivery and the refund brings the original purchase below £125.00 + vat the delivery that would have been charged (5.95 + vat) will deducted from the refund.
Potential Faulty Products
When returning a worn garment that you feel may have developed a fault the cost of return will be the customers responsibility and please remember the garment must be washed before sent, any garment returned unclean will be rejected. Also enclose a copy of the original sales receipt. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed the following applies. If the garment is under 6 weeks old an exchange or refund can be requested. If over 6 weeks, and still under warranty, then the garment can only be exchanged. If the issue involves the Zip or Fastener, which are classed as consumable, then then the garment will be repaired  Garments must be returned for a manufacturing fault to be established
Any items that have been specifically altered to your requirements e.g. personalizing with embroidery by snickers or your own tailor/printer, as well as bespoke made items, are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled, as per our T&CS.
