The traditional 3 series range has an all round looser feel. Designed to give the ultimate freedom of movement when kneeling or bending. Although this is a older style of trouser, it is as popular today as it was back in the day with tradespeople that like a garment with no restrictions, which allows the ultimate freedom of movement. In general, most 3 series trousers are around half an inch bigger then what the label says. This allows for any potential shrinkage.

The most important thing to remember when buying the 3 series, is to get the correct leg length. If the garment hangs too low, when kneeling the crotch becomes taut, reducing the garments life expectancy.
